I'm Meghan! I'm a 2017 graduate of Bowling Green State University, and have since been working as a Post Production Producer at WBGU-TV, a PBS station where I worked my last two years of college.
I'm passionate about video, movies, editing, public media, photography, traveling, minimalism, reading, writing, health, yoga, and too many other things to list!
I've been making videos since I was about 10 years old, and while they were obviously not good, I definitely had a knack for it and picked up on a lot of editing principles just from watching movies. More recently, I've had one of my shorts films win awards in three different film festivals, including an international one based in Cleveland! I recently submitted one of my other projects to the Emmy's and am keeping my fingers crossed that it gets nominated for an award!
My dream job is one that allows me to exercise my creativity, to continually grow and learn, and to provide to the community. That's exactly why I'm so passionate about PBS! I certainly wouldn't complain if that included a bit of traveling as well!
Check out my work below and let me know what you think! I strive to be better at my job and to be an even better person each and every day.
